Make a date for the 2018 Culinary Challenge!

Billed as New Zealand’s premier hospitality event – the 2018 Hospitality Championships will provide a culinary competitive adventure at the ASB Showgrounds August 11- 14.

Participants  will display their skills across a wide selection of categories including: Restaurant Service, Live Cooking Classes, Team Events – including the highly prized Nestle Toque d’Or, Beef & Lamb Secondary School Challenge and the Chatham Islands On A Plate competition.

This year Hospitality Business will sponsor the static culinary classes for Petit Fours, Dessert Platter and the Chocolate Showpiece, while sister magazine The Shout NZ will sponsor the Cocktail Person Of The Year Award.
