Master the Art of Handmade Pasta at Voco Auckland

Learn the art of making handmade Italian pasta at Voco Auckland City Centre’s exclusive Pasta Making Masterclass, led by Executive Chef Daniel Mueller.

This three-hour, hands-on experience teaches the art of making fresh, authentic Italian pasta from scratch, all while enjoying the stunning backdrop of Auckland Harbour from the 38th floor of the hotel.

The class offers more than just pasta – it’s an immersive culinary event. Guests will be welcomed with a glass of bubbles on arrival, indulge in a gourmet antipasto platter throughout the class, and leave with their very own pasta machine to perfect their skills at home.

With only eight spots available per session, this intimate masterclass is scheduled for three dates: Sunday 15th June, Sunday 22nd June, and Sunday 13th July, from 14:30pm to 17:30pm. Priced at $250 per person, it’s the perfect opportunity for anyone looking to enhance their culinary skills while taking in breathtaking views of Auckland. Prepaid bookings are essential.

Executive Chef Daniel Mueller said “This is not your typical cooking class – it’s a hands-on journey into the heart of Italian pasting making. Craft your own pasta, enjoy a delicious antipasto spread, and leave with a pasta machine to recreate the experience at home. It’s the perfect way to impress friends and family with new culinary skills.”  Please note, no cancellations are allowed, but tickets are transferrable to another guest. Guests must notify the hotel of the new attendee details.
