Soul-To-Go from Monday!

One of New Zealand’s most successful restaurants has announced it is introducing a new service to counteract the business impact of COVID-19.  Nourish Group’s iconic downtown Auckland restaurant, Soul Bar & Bistro will start a new service on Monday March 23, called Soul-To- Go.

Available from 11 am through to 9 pm patrons will be able to pick up their orders from a new menu, to be announced soon. They have also introduced a new seating plan and the following operating systems to ensuring hygiene levels are at the highest level:

  • They have removed over 30% of their tables and chairs to  safely ensure over 1m between each table for comfort and peace of mind
  • Offer customers hand sanitiser as soon as seated  
  • Extra antibacterial soap and cleaning stations set up throughout the venue
  • Minimum hourly surface cleaning including all benches, bar tops, waiter stations, handrails and eftpos machines
  • Lots handwashing with antibacterial soap for a minimum of 20 seconds
  • Minimising customer contact and ensuring staff who are unwell are staying home
