The Australasian Gaming Expo (AGE) is back at the International Convention Centre in Sydney (ICC Sydney), Australia, this August. Event organisers and exhibitors are pleased to have their final plans coming together after two years of pandemic-enforced postponements.
Held for the first time in 1990, the Australian Gaming Expo allowed Australia’s Gaming Machine makers to gather the industry together to launch and demonstrate their new products. Fast forward thirty-two years, and the same association of machine makers, the Gaming Technologies Association (GTA), is still hosting the number one gaming industry event in the southern hemisphere.
Since that first event, the Australasian Gaming Expo has evolved from a poker machine sales event to encompass products and services to serve the entire gaming and hospitality industry. Visitors will see the latest in gaming technology alongside the latest in commercial kitchen equipment, coffee roasting, HR software, furniture, architecture, consultancy services, loyalty programs and more.
“We’ve been blown away by the enthusiasm and determination of the AGE exhibitors, most of whom are emerging from their toughest years in operation”, said Jinesh Patel, CEO of GTA.
“For many exhibitors, it’s also been a time of innovation, so we’re looking forward to seeing the evolution of venue products and services”.
This year’s AGE will introduce new ideas, products, and insights. Everything you need to keep your club at the top of its game, ahead of competitors, and keep your members coming back. AGE will provide connections to help you succeed.
This year’s AGE seminars will cover the changing gaming landscape, new technology, and industry regulation. Panel sessions will discuss how venues have been managed in a Covid environment, what’s working and what still needs work. They’ll also look at the increasing demand for gaming properties since the pandemic began.
A networking highlight is the Leader’s Lunch hosted by Women in Gaming and Hospitality Australasia on Wednesday in the ICC Grand Ballroom. Tickets for the Leader’s Lunch are available through the AGE registration process on the event website.
Whether an industry veteran or a newcomer, don’t miss your chance to be part of this year’s AGE. AGE is the place to network, learn, and source new products and services.
Held over three days at ICC Sydney, from Tuesday 9 to Thursday 11 August 2022, you can register to attend at www.austgamingexpo.com. Don’t forget to follow the AGE on Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
