To be held at Ignite Colleges in Manukau on September 5, this nail biting contest is the ideal platform to showcase your culinary flair. Pit your skills against other industry talent, gain feedback from New Zealand’s most renowned chefs, and be in to win prestigious titles and a tonne of prize money .

With just 25 minutes to prepare and present eight portions of innovative tapas, the heat is on. But secure victory and you’ll be crowned Australasia Tapas Champ for 2023.
