F&B operators wanted for captive patrons

AUT has an exciting opportunity for experienced food and beverage operators to be part of a mini food hall concept in AUT University’s latest 700-bed student accommodation building.

As well as 700-odd hungry student mouths above you in our modern student apartments you’ll also be just off Queen St on the corner of Wakefield St and Mayoral Drive – a highly visible spot with huge potential. As well as being a high foot traffic area for the university it’s also a high-density housing area with many thousands of potential customers living in other nearby apartments. It’s within proximity to several major bus routes including the NX2.

The space is 185sqm in total, fitted out with a plug and play design for three food and beverage operators which can be open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

AUT are after operators that are focused on quality, a high level of service and wanting to develop a long-term partnership of mutual benefit.
