Moët & Chandon returns to the ASB Classic

Based in the heart of the excitement, the Moët & Chandon Champagne Lounge is the perfect spot to catch all the action on centre court while enjoying a chilled flute of champagne.

“The ASB Classic is the most prestigious sporting events of the summer so we are looking forward to heading back to provide tournament attendees with a first-class experience within the lounge once again,” say’s Ali Campbell, Moët & Chandon Senior Brand Manager. “Building off the success from previous years, the Moët & Chandon Champagne Lounge will feature a vibrant new fit out and will introduce several new elements that guests will get to enjoy over the course of the two weeks.”

New to the Champagne Lounge this year will be The Moët Now Hour, an end of week celebration that will take place at both the women’s and men’s tournament semi-finals. During the Moët Now Hour, a resident Moët DJ will play an hour set to get patrons excited for the upcoming games. Guests to the lounge will get to enjoy great music, food and flutes of champagne making it the place to be at the ASB Classic.

The Moët & Chandon Champagne Lounge will feature a bespoke menu designed by celebrity chef Nic Watt that have been perfectly matched to a range of Moët & Chandon champagnes.

Naveya & Sloane has again been chosen by the luxury champagne brand to design a bespoke collection for the tournament. Taking inspiration from the vibrancy of the sport, each unique ring will be crafted using rare and precious gemstones. Together with Moët & Chandon, they will be giving patrons more reasons to toast to summer and celebrate the now with the opportunity to win their own Naveya & Sloane piece. Simply by purchasing a flute at the Moët & Chandon lounge during the tournament, they’re in the draw to win a unique piece from the Imperial Knots collection.

The 2017 ASB Classic promises to be the best year yet with a confirmed line-up of some of the world’s best tennis players, including tennis superstar Serena Williams, Venus Williams, Jack Sock and David Ferrer. As the go-to place at the tennis this season guests will be able to view all the action live from the Moët & Chandon Champagne Lounge and may even be lucky enough to share a flute with some of the international stars set to arrive in New Zealand for the tournament.
