Wellness expert and entrepreneur Sarah Tanner has announced the release of her debut GLO (Greenleaf Organics) Cookbook.
Focusing on organic and plant-rich recipes along with Tanner’s top vitality tips, the new GLO Cookbook features 110 pages of easy recipes.
“I have always been eager to bring the convenience of maximum nutrition in minimum time to help everyone nourish, flourish and glow,” says Tanner. “This cookbook has been a true labour of love which I look forward to sharing with other passionate GLOsters.”
Since 2014, what began as a small organic smoothie business operated from a one-car garage, the organic emporium now known as Greenleaf Organics has blossomed with the support of Tanner’s brother and co-owner Mike Priddy. The Greenleaf Organic Café now serves delicious GLO dishes from their plant-based menu along with a range of takeaway treats to enjoy on the go.
Featuring nourishing recipes from Plant Lover Nachos to Adoring Avocado Ice Cream there is a recipe sure to please every food conscious foodie.
