Top Shelf 2015 will consist of three parts – a Boutique Market for consumer and trade, a Conferencing & Educational Program, and Bar Safari & Satellite Events – a premium drinks program staged at the hottest Melbourne bars, hotels and wine bars (think ‘tap take overs’, ‘wines of month’ and ‘signature cocktails’). The Bar Safari is promoted by Top Shelf via local media and includes participation in the Bar Safari Guide printed and distributed by popular publication Time Out Melbourne.
Expected attendance for 2015 is over 8,000 consumer and trade, and the lineup for seminars, tastings, keynote speakers and presentations will be made up of international and local talent.
The objective of the event is to introduce visitors to premium and boutique drinks they may not have encountered before and to generate excitement around the premium drinks category like never before.
