Now, MoVida Auckland is set to takeover the space where Ostro once stood, and will open its doors late August, offering the Melbourne restaurant’s revered dining experience with a distinctly New Zealand twist.
Diners can expect iconic MoVida tapas dishes like Anchovy with Smoked Tomato Sorbet, alongside wood-fired seafood dishes like paella (a first for the group) designed to capitalise on New Zealand’s abundance of seafood.
The menu led by awarding winning chef and owner Frank Camorra will comprise of iconic tapas like Anchovy with Smoked Tomato Sorbet, classic MoVida dishes and newer additions with ever changing specials to showcase the best New Zealand has to offer.
Set in the iconic Seafarers Building in Britomart, boasting uninterrupted harbour views, MoVida Auckland will celebrate the best possible seasonal New Zealand produce to showcase and celebrate Spanish food culture and flavours.
