The November issue of Hospitality Business is out now

SAILING INTO 2023 WITH HOPE

As 2023 rapidly approaches and as our November edition shows, the hospitality sector is rising to meet the opportunities on our horizon.

A group of 458 hotel industry delegates, from throughout New Zealand and Australasia, gathered at The Pullman Hotel for New Zealand’s inaugural AHICE Aotearoa conference, to discuss, debate and lead by example the future growth the country can expect, as we encourage travellers to return to our shores. This includes an anticipated 250,000+ cruise ship passengers disembarking to taste our hospitality between now and the end of March.

Coping with this influx requires innovative staffing ideas, as Marisa Bidois, CEO of the Restaurant Association discusses in her column, and Mean Business Director, Stuart Robertson provides tips on how tiny business changes can affect your bottom line.
